Portholes The ship contained more than 2,000 portholes.Staircase The Grand Staircase went all the way from the boat deck down to the reception room outside the dining saloon on D-deck, and then continued down to E-deck. The staircase was paneled in oak and included a wrought-iron and glass skylight.
