2013 Summer Mini-Camps, for 2-7 Year Olds
This is a chance to explore science, nature, technology, and much more through hands-on experiences, experiments, and creative crafts.
These mini-camps have two sessions. Morning sessions meet from 9:30– 11:30am for one week. Afternoon sessions meet from 1:30–3:30pm for one week.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
- Full payment is required at registration (which includes $50 non-refundable processing fee for full-day camps and a $20 non-refundable processing fee for mini-camps and almost camps).
- $100 deposit is retained in the case of withdrawal from full-day camps after June 1st and up to two weeks before camp.
- NO REFUNDS given during the 10 business days before a camp.

Flight School
Play and learn while you explore the world of flight. Investigate Bats, Birds, Insects and more, as you create art projects, move like birds and planes and sing songs all about things in the air.

Insect Discoveries
Investigate the insect world and what makes bugs, well…bugs. Paint bug boxes. Play and sing using insects to help you. Create your own new insect and go on a bug hunt to get a close-up look at our six, eight, and many legged friends.

Exploring Science
Get a jump on winning the Nobel Prize and discover the fun of science. Chemistry, Physics, Biology and Earth Science are the focuses for the week. Experiment with solids, liquids and gases. Learn about forces, movement, and simple machines in this exciting camp.

The Great Ice Age
Join us and learn all about what helped shape where we live. Explore the frozen worlds, and investigate the animals and people who lived during the time of the last great ice age. Experiment with ice. Take tours of the Museums ice age animals. Investigate fossils and why the ice helps us find so many here.

Dino Discovery
Play, run, create art, listen to stories, and even sing—all while you learn about dinosaurs during this week of discovering dinos. Touch some amazing fossils. Make and paint fossils to take home.

Explore and discover the world outdoors and in your own back yard. Learn about plants and animals, explore weather, and perform experiments that help explain our natural surroundings.

Dinosaur Inquiries
