The Regional Heritage Preservation Program (RHPP) is a highly responsive and competitive Cultural Resource Management (CRM) firm capable of helping clients through archaeological, architectural, and historical compliance issues in the northeastern region.

The RHPP has been in business for over 20 years with over 600 projects conducted to date. We understand cultural resource management laws, particularly NHPA Section 106, NEPA, and SEQRA. We are also well-versed in NYSDOT/PennDOT compliance and the new FCC programmatic agreement for cell towers (Forms 620 & 621).
We have on staff Section 106 36 CFR 61 qualified personnel capable of supervising projects for both State and Federal agencies.
The RHPP complies with the new cultural resource guidelines issued by the New York State Historic Preservation Office in May 2005 as well as stated guidelines in Pennsylvania.
The RHPP focuses on completion of projects within a specified time-frame so that our clients can maintain their project schedule.
