Explore Exceptional Vehicles During
"Adventure Weekends" Event in March at Rochester Museum & Science Center
ROCHESTER,
NY—Things that GO, the title of the
new "Adventure Weekends" event kicking off the spring season at the Rochester
Museum & Science Center (RMSC), explores exceptional vehicles. Visitors experience
hands-on activities that help them investigate the science and technology of
our "rides"—from sea to land to air. The event takes place from 12–4pm on Saturday, March 24 and Sunday, March 25.

appear throughout the year. Featuring hands-on science activities ranging from
simple to new, cutting-edge science, "Adventure Weekends" appeal to all family
members—children and adults alike. After Things
that GO, experience Explore with Sid
the Science Kid on Saturday, April 28 from 9am–12pm at WXXI Studios, and Sunday, April 29 from 12–4pm at the RMSC.
"Adventure
Weekends" are free, unless otherwise specified, with regular Museum admission:
$12 adults, $11 seniors & college students with ID, $10 ages 3 to 18, free
for children under 3 and RMSC members. Museum admission with Extreme Mammals: The Biggest, Smallest, and
Most Amazing Mammals of All Time is $15 for adults, $14 for seniors/college
students with ID, $13 for ages 3–18, $3 for RMSC members, and free for children
under 3. For group reservations and rates, call (585)697-1942.
