Matthews Band Hits Featured at the Rochester Museum & Science Center Strasenburgh
Planetarium in February
ROCHESTER,
NY—Leave your "Black Dog" at home and line up like "Ants Marching" to the Rochester
Museum & Science Center (RMSC) Strasenburgh Planetarium to experience Led Zeppelin Laser and Dave Matthews Laser back-to-back
Saturday nights throughout February. Visitors enjoy a multi-sensory experience
as brilliant laser lights and popular tunes from these great artists fill the Strasenburgh
Planetarium dome. Led Zeppelin Laser appears
at 9:30pm, followed by Dave Matthews
Laser at 10:30pm. Each show lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Led
Zeppelin Laser kicks off
the evening and features rock hits such as "Stairway to Heaven," "Black Dog,"
"All My Love" and "D'yer Mak'er." Then, the six-channel digital sound system
switches to Dave Matthews Laser,
which features favorites like "Ants Marching," "#41," "Everyday," "Crush" and "Tripping
Billies," among others.
Admission for ONE show is $10 for adults and $9 for seniors,
college students, students ages 5–18, and RMSC members. Admission for BOTH shows,
back-to-back is $15 for adults
and $13 for seniors, college students, students ages 5–18, and RMSC members. Children under age five are not admitted to "Saturday Night Laser"
shows.
Tickets
for laser shows may be purchased in advance at the Museum Welcome Center
(museum lobby) during regular business hours, at the Planetarium Box Office or
online at www.rmsc.org. Online ticket
purchases must be made at least 24 hours prior to the show. Box Office hours
vary according to the show schedule. Check online or by calling (585)271-1880.
